Software Support is available to suit a variety of needs.
Basic support includes software updates and software support via email during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).
Gold Support includes everything in the Basic support package, plus telephone support (24hr).
Prices are as follows:-
Basic Support $ 1 per day (direct debit $30 monthly)
Gold Support $ 2 per day (direct debit $60 monthly)
