Ex Export

Exporting a Stock File

Note :  Your data should not contain the following characters - Single Quote (')  Double Quotes (")  or Commas (,)

1.  Export your Excel or Exonet file to a CSV text file    C:\Program Files\MiniPos\Stock.Csv
     Include the fields :-  Item Code, Barcode, Department Code, Supplier Code, GST Y/N, Cost Price, Sell Price, Quantity, Description
     If your Excel or Exonet stock file does not have all these fields, then export a blank field in it's place.

     Minimise your Excel or Exonet.

2.  Click on the Ex Export icon.

3.  Select the location of your exported CSV Stock File, usually
     C:\Program Files\MiniPos\Stock.Csv

4.  Select the location of the PDA stock file, usually
     C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\My Documents
           \Pocket_PC My Documents\Stock.Txt

5.  Click on Export.

When finished, the Ex Export program will close, and if Activesync is
 running, the exported stock file will be transferred to the PDA.

Registering your software

1. Start Ex Export
2. Enter details as supplied by Mini Pos when purchased.
3. Press Accept
